Motik Builders, Inc. is proud to be one of the few builders that issues its own personal warranty. Where most builders retain a third party warranty company, we feel it is important to retain that personal customer service relationship even after we hand you the keys to your new home. We unequivocally stand behind our product, and upon closing provide you with direct phone numbers to the owner, supervisors and subcontractors for immediate assistance in warranty issues.
Motik Builders, Inc. is a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Upon purchase of one of our homes, you will be provided with a home warranty that exceeds TRCC mandated warranty guidelines and spells out exactly what is covered and the remedies for any repairs, if necessary. You can feel confident in your new home as you are given this warranty which covers you for one year on the workmanship, two years on the mechanicals and ten years on the structure.
Motik Builders, Inc. understands that one of the major concerns with home buyers in this region is their foundation. As we celebrate our 100th new home, we are proud of the fact that we have yet to have any warranty issues with our foundations. Our homes have a detailed soil analysis performed and a foundation design done by a certified engineer who also inspects the foundation prior to pouring the concrete. When the engineer tells us that the make up of your foundation is per design, then and only then do we pour our foundations. Your foundation is the backbone of your home and we all sleep better knowing it was installed properly.
